Our precast refractory shapes find applications in various furnace-related areas, including launders, ladles, burners, feed chutes, bullnose, TAD dampers, cyclone roofs, kiln hood roofs, cement burner lances, and coke oven bricks and modules. Each component is meticulously designed using the latest 3D parametric computer modelling software, allowing for visual inspections of form and fit before manufacturing. Our innovative polystyrene cutting and mould design technologies ensure high-quality products and faster production compared to traditional methods.
